LLAMAWOOD has a billboard in Richmond! Located on I-64 in one of the most requested areas in the Richmond Metro. You will see it if you’re headed to I-95 North to Ashland, Fredericksburg, and/or Washington, DC and Downtown Richmond and the Southside of Richmond from the West End and Charlottesville. It’s digital so you can expect a few updates over the next four weeks.

BOOKS TO READ OVER THE NEXT 10 YEARS (OR 5)

I recently found a 10-year reading plan to help you get through all of the greatest books ever written in western civilization. Not totally sure how this list was created, but I am trusting it. 10 years is a long time for sure but as they say about med school “At the end of the 5 years, you are going to be somebody, you might as well be a doctor.”. So, I started plugging away but instead of going by this list, I am going in order from oldest to newest. The plan is supposed to take 10 years but if you read 1 book per week you can do it in 5. My journey started with the Epic of Gilgamesh, the oldest book in the world, and it was incredible. Want to do it with me? You can just create a copy of my list in your Google Drive.

BEST BURGER BUNS YOU’LL EVER EAT

These buns are homemade from a Joshua Weissman recipe. They aren’t perfect looking but they were the best buns I have ever tasted (as he says in his video). After I made ‘em, I went over to ZZQ and grabbed some smoked brisket to put inside. Incredible. My brother turned me on to Joshua Weissman who made a name for himself with YouTube and TikTok videos. These babies are a super fun Saturday project and they aren’t that difficult to make.
